"I went with my family,it was a fun filled day for us, buying tickets online and on the counter is actually the same, but all you need is the perfect time slot,so you can book online or offline too. They have a very huge Parking space but very less shade, may be a idea to feel the excessive heat to cool it down inside the snow room. I loved the sliding part but you got to take the balloon floater along with you to the top that was tiring. There's a very small stall inside, they got only hot chocolate available that day which was very expensive for the taste and quality they provided. Keep your gloves on and be safe while playing and running."

"Good experience to play in the snow, taking the rating down only only due to the hygiene of the coats and shoes provided had to change multiple times to get a decent wearable set of jackets and shoes. If you have any alternate personal coats and shoes that can withstand cold, pla carry it will be a better experience. It is -7 degree inside, gets pretty cold, be vary of the phone and watches if it can withstand the temp."
