"Paid parking is available, and the views are really beautiful(visit during monsoon). From the parking area, you'll need to walk about 1–2 km. Getting down to the falls on your own is not allowed guards will stop you. There is a pathway, but they insist that you take a guide (₹100 per person) to go down. If you want to get into the water, it costs about ₹200 per person. The main waterfall has only one designated way down, though there are a few other spots where you can access the water. Prices here are quite high, so carrying your own drinking water is a must."

"You can enjoy a very beautiful and scenic place here, with two stunning waterfalls. You'll be able to experience both waterfalls, but there is a local guide who charges ₹250 per person to show you around the falls. However, if you're willing to take the personal risk, you can go without paying. In my opinion, it's best to take the local guide for a safer and more enjoyable experience. Visit date: 10/05/2025"

"Chunchi Falls is a beautiful and peaceful spot, surrounded by rocky terrain and greenery. The water flow depends on the season, but the views are still worth it. Best visited after the monsoon for a fuller waterfall. There's a short walk from the parking area, and the place feels calm away from the city rush. A nice weekend getaway from Bangalore, though be careful around the rocks as they can be slippery."

"It is a really beautiful place, waterfall and small hike but locals charge 100 rs for allowing people to go near waterfall and they keep a keen eye that no one goes really close so kind of good initiative. Other than that local flora and fauna is interesting with beautiful rocks and a good view point."
