"I wanted to visit Madurai Meenakshi and did but heavy maintenance works impaired the visit and ambiance . Here in Trichy is also an imoressive temple complex . Though it is smaller or less impressive, it is still large and busy. Here they dont take your camera or mobile though in most sacred parts photos are prohibited. Leave your shoes at free stand near entrance and toam atound the compound Worth the visit. Free no tickets Only some darshans need some "fees"(donations)"
