"Nestled in the heart of Bengaluru's Nagarathpete, the Sri Dharmaraya Swamy Temple stands as one of the city's most ancient and most revered temples. Dedicated to the Pandava prince Dharmaraya (Yudhishthira), this unique temple reflects the rich cultural and mythological heritage of the Mahabharata. The temple's striking Dravidian-style architecture, intricate sculptures, and spiritual aura attract both devotees and tourists. Its historical importance is highlighted during the Karaga Festival, an ancient and vibrant tradition celebrated by the Tigala community."

"The Chokkanatha Swamy Temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu, known as Chokka Perumal, along with Sri Devi and Bhu Devi. The experience in this temple was blissful, and the priests were very calm and friendly. The architecture of the Temple, shrines of Ganesha and Hanuman, well, little pond with lotuses, mogra plant, age-old inscriptions, the dwarapalakas and the temple were all incredible. We really enjoyed the temple visit and also gained great experience from there as we visited the temple as a part of our History Internship on exploring the Inscriptions around Namma Bengaluru. It's a must visit place, as it is historically very significant and indeed a wonderful place."
