"Ancient Venkateshwara along with Shreedevi and Bhoodevi and Kashi Vishwanath temple next to each other a top and small hill near Electronic city. Entire premises is surrounded by Kote (fort) hence the name Kote Thimmaraya swamy. Probably built by Cholas. One can find 2nd layer of fort once you enter inside. There is a water tank to wash your hands and feet before entering the temple. There is Gaurda stambha and Balee peeta before temple entrance. You have to climbs few steps to visit the Thimmaraya swamy along with Bhoodevi and Sridevi. Dwarapalaka Jaya and Vijaya are very eye catching sculptures. Shiva temple of Kashi Vishwanath in the next building has a beautiful linga. People spend time next to this temple on rock surface eating prasadam served in either of these temples especially on Saturdays. In front of Shiva temple is the temple pond. Location📍: Very near to Hosur highway close to Electronic city and Bannerghatta national park. Parking 🚗 : Ample parking area all along from entrance of hill to Shop : There is a small shop selling flowers and Pooja items at the entrance to fort. Sunset view 🌤: on the left side of the temple fort a small way leads to other side of hill which usually find people relaxing and spending time with loved 💕 ones. It's a good place to view sun set. Not the best view in recent times as building have mushroomed all along and abstracting the view."
