"The old temple has been completely demolished. And the Bala alayam is poorly maintained. There is no one to take care of devotees during darshan and no archana is performed. You only get to see the padhukas (foot wear) of dattatreya swamy in the balalayam."

"It is an old temple and people come here with more belief. Temple Management have witnessed flood disaster with wastage of huge quantity of water in the year 2013, 2017 and 2020. We request Government to have STP at right locations to save huge amount of water and prevent sewage water entering the holy shrine during heavy rains and make use of the STP water effectively during water shortage."

"Beautiful guru Dattareya temple is in Hosakerehalli. Very old temple now it is under construction. Nice inside the temple guru Dattareya and saibaba are there. Nice to visit with family. Very less parking space available in front of the temple."
