I have observed 4 to 5 dedicated trainers available from 5 AM, prepared to assist members with personalized training. The affordable personal training options ensure accessibility for all. A notable highlight is my trainer, Jayanth. He possesses a wealth of knowledge and clearly explains how each exercise targets specific muscles, which ensures that I comprehend my progress and maintain proper form. The gym also includes separate washrooms and shower areas, which are invaluable during the busy morning hours. It has been four months under his coaching, during which I have achieved a weight loss of approximately 10 kg. This represents a significant milestone for me. My resolution for 2025 was to lose 10 kg, and I have successfully reached this goal within four months. Consequently, I have set an additional target to lose another 10 kg. The vibrant atmosphere and supportive community enhance the overall experience, making it an ideal location for residents of the nearby apartments. "This Academy is next to the apartments and they are very unprofessionals. They give ground to play people till morning 4:00am. People make hell out of noise burning crackers. We stay in society. This is so utter nonsense how they are operating. We have tried talking to them but no one responds.."

"Court width is ok but doesn't give u room to move back as u might end up hitting the wall,very suffocating as gym and pool are around,very exhaustive with 3-4 games due to suffocation"
