"Read below for full details. Overall perfect! About: - It’s Kensington pool in maps, it is owned by Government but maintained by Game theory & Dolphin Aquatics. - If you choose swimming training it’s provided by Dolphin Aquatics. - If you want to swim normally for a day or with 3/6/12 months membership it is provided by Game Theory. Price & Timings: - Open on all days except Fridays for Game theory folks. - Opened till 9 PM. - ₹350/- for an hour, can be booked via Playo or Game Theory app. - There is a 1 hour slot for every hour, can’t book at xx:30 timings. - ₹9,360 / ₹13,794 / ₹19,900 for 3 / 6 / 12 months membership via Game Theory App. NOTE: If you get the membership physically by going there, then they give ₹500 discount. Pool & Water Conditions: - Pool is 50 meter long. - Shallow end is 3 feet and deeper end is 16 feet deep. - Pool is temperature controlled. - Water is clean but has a lot of chlorine which causes a salty taste of water. - Deeper end has 4 diving boards of small to very large heights. - Safety lines are floating across the pool. Pool Rules: - Swimming cap is compulsory. If you don’t have a cap you can but it there itself. - Nylon or Polyester swimming costumes only are allowed. - Diving is only allowed for the people who are getting training from Dolphin Aquatics and not for Playo or Game theory bookings. Bathroom conditions: - Clean bathrooms & shower rooms. - Lockers are provided for free inside shower rooms, although if you want to lock it then you need to bring your own locks. - Hot & Cold showers with amenities like shampoo, shower gel & hair dryer are present. Other things: - Pool has a very large amphitheater sitting for families to watch. - The location is very beautiful with lake on one side. - Lot of competitions are ongoing. - The children who are learning are awesome, small children diving from 20 feet high and doing butterfly swimming is wonderful."

"I went here with my friends for a swim. The place is now managed by Game Theory, but it’s a bit tricky to locate on Google Maps, if you’re not aware of the name, finding it can be confusing. As for the facilities, the bathrooms and shower areas were clean. They provided shower gel, shampoo, and even a hairdryer, which was a nice touch. The staff was also helpful and courteous. However, there were a couple of concerns. There was no safety guard on duty, which felt a bit risky, and the pool seemed to have an excessive amount of chlorine. Overall, the experience was okay, it has potential, but a few improvements could really make a difference."

"The pool has a maximum depth of 16 ft. They have 2 washrooms, one old and another renovated one, but they keep the new washrooms locked sometimes. The old ones have common showers."

"Today we visited this place, but it was not clean or hygienic. The reception staff were very rude, and they even charged ₹100 per person for children below 4 years. They allowed only 40 to 45 minutes inside. The pool water was also not maintained properly. I think from next time onwards, I will plan to avoid this place. Thanks."

"Worst service and they are not treating public in a good way. Especially the guy who is sitting at the front desk is very rude and body shaming the public. If they public is been allowed in the pool, then there is no rule that public can't take bath. And there's no proof or written statement given that public can't take bath. Overall, the experience is very worst."
