"Very small swimming pool suited for kids only and not for professional swimmers. Gym have few machines if you know to train yourself. They have only 2 badminton courts. Overall it’s a family place if you are looking for some extra activities for kids. It’s not a place for hardcore gym freaks, swimmers and badminton players."

"My first two months review was 4 star and now after 10th month from yearly subscription editing my review and giving it as 1 star. They advertise swimming pool will be temperature controlled and it’s yes for only summer vacation days but later they don’t maintain it. Most problematic is during winter as water remains very cold. So I would advise if you taking mainly for swimming pool the. Don’t waste your money but taking full year subscription. It’s better to go for swimming training during summer vacation."

"I had an extremely disappointing experience here. The person at the front desk has a take-it-or-leave-it attitude and lacks basic politeness—surprising, considering he’s been there for years. Their membership options are rigid and overpriced: Rs 9,000 + taxes for a single adult (above 18) or Rs 14,000 + taxes for a family, with no flexibility. My son, who is 16, wanted a membership, but since he’s under 18, they forced me to opt for the family plan. I even requested a 3-month option for his summer holidays, which they flat-out refused. The staff’s attitude makes it clear they’re not interested in customer satisfaction or growing their business. Beyond the swimming pool, I barely saw anyone using other facilities. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being overcharged and disrespected!"
