"So this mall is located in the binnypet area(near majestic) and it is a quite small mall.The mall has got no shops at all,the mall only has a office on ground floor,fun factory on 2nd floor which looked closed,a food shop and just Cinepolis,apart from this you can also access metro cash and carry from their parking lot.The place was completely deserted but not at all scary has they were lights and elevators working so kudos for that.The Cinepolis here is just average.Overall this mall is only for movies or fun factory i guess but I hope that they get more shops in future so that it functions like any other mall."

"ETA mall feels largely deserted, with very little to offer besides Cinemax. There are no food options or shops. We were curious to check out Fun Factory while passing time, but the staff wouldn't even allow us to look around without paying. Their unwelcoming attitude made us decide against it altogether."

"I just went with my wife too watch a movie on month of may 2025.After watching a movie just sat in outside chairs for relaxation though there was no crowd still there were many chairs empty.But the security behavior is very bad he is telling us not to sit on chairs.Just to inform we did not even relax for even 15 minutesOne of the worst experience in theater.I visit commonly to many theaters, but this experience is worst.Rather I request peoples who are working there as security need more common sense and need a good behavior for the visitors.And also no proper washroom maintenance."
