"Extremely Poor Management – Wasted Our Sunday I don't usually leave reviews, but this experience was too frustrating to ignore. We arrived around 11:00 AM and were told that the swimming pool would open at 3:00 PM. We even spoke to the staff again at 2:00 PM to check if it could be opened earlier, and they still assured us everything was on track. Then, right at 3:00 PM, they suddenly informed us that the pool staff was on leave — meaning the pool wasn't going to open at all. No communication, no accountability, and not even a basic apology for wasting over 4 hours of our Sunday. On top of that, they only accept cash — which is highly inconvenient and outdated in today's world. The two young womens managing the entrance seemed completely untrained and clueless, unable to provide any helpful information or manage the situation properly"

"I wanted to share some feedback about our recent experience with the swimming class we enrolled our daughter in. We've been very happy with the overall experience. The pool is exceptionally well-maintained. Additionally, the coach is experienced but also incredibly knowledgeable, which has made a significant difference in our daughter's learning. The coach's expertise is evident, and they have a great ability to connect with the kids, making the learning process fun and effective. Moreover, the supporting staff is good. Their presence and assistance ensure that everything runs smoothly and that each child receives the attention they need."

"The two women at the reception are downright useless. They have zero knowledge, misguide customers, and don't even have the decency to apologize for their incompetence. To make things worse, they wasted my entire Sunday and had the audacity to laugh and smirk once I left. Such behavior is disgraceful and completely unacceptable in a customer-facing role. The waiters and other staff were excellent, but the reception staff are a shame to the establishment and need to be replaced or properly trained immediately."

"Review is for the party hall. They have ample parking space for the guests. Food was great. Arrangements made to dine in hall is like a burning furnace during mid day. And was very congested if large crowds gather. Hand wash is placed at the corner and blocks the passage."
