"Feedback for Cloudnine Staff During My Recent Delivery (3-10-2025) I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team at Cloudnine Hospital for their exceptional care and support during the birth of my second child. My labor started early in the morning at around 3:30 AM, and given that this was my second pregnancy after a long gap of 10 years, I was quite anxious. I had previously delivered my first child at the same hospital under the wonderful care of Dr. Manjula Raghuveer, and I was glad to return to the same place for this special moment. This time, I arrived at the hospital already 7 cm dilated, and due to the quick progression, I was taken directly to the LDR (Labor Delivery Room), where epidural was not advised. Despite being exhausted and overwhelmed, the support I received from the LDR team made all the difference. A special thanks to Mrs. Laxmi from the LDR team, who stood by me, encouraged me, and gave me the strength to push through the final stages of labor. Her calm presence and guidance truly helped me have a smooth and normal delivery. I’m grateful for her support during one of the most intense moments of my life. Of course, I would also like to extend my deepest thanks to Dr. Manjula Raghuveer, whose expertise and care have now been a part of both my childbirth journeys. Thank you to the entire Cloudnine team for helping me welcome my baby into the world with such compassion and professionalism. You made this experience truly memorable. "Dr Jnanashree BR- We came to Dr Jnanashree BR (when she was in apollo cradle) during my wife’s 2nd Trimester after consulting 4-5 doctors and trying to figure out the best in the area. The satisfaction and positivity you get from her is way different than others. Her way of talking, body language, attitude made us to trust her. She was all the time easily available and during emergency she came from her house everytime we wanted her in hospital. She was there to give emotional support and confidence. Cloud9 Malleshwaram- The duty doctors here are good and were present on Vijay Dashmi. The nursing staff are well trained and are ready to help. Would like to mention nurses - Bhanu, Manjula, Sanjothi, Anjali, Pushpa, Jamuna (She was on night duty on our 1st day and was very professional, sympathetic and understanding). The facilities we get are under one roof; we booked platinum package and the room was neat and clean( Ms Adilakshmi was the cleaning incharge). There is no parking issue in the Hospital and overall a smooth experience."

"Got out baby delivered here. Amazing staff and help from the nurses. Special thanks to Poornima, Gowthami, Adilakshmi(housekeeping), Bhanu and Manjula. They helped us adapt to a lot of new situations and proactively ensured we were comfortable. The only issue we faced was with the food. Many times, they brought the food late. Sometimes, what we ordered was not delivered. But otherwise, the overall experience was amazing and highly recommended :)"
