"My son was admitted here for four days under the care of **Dr. Padmanjali (Pediatrician)**, and I am extremely satisfied with the treatment and service. Despite not having insurance and paying in cash, we were never asked to undergo unnecessary or repeated tests. This honesty and transparency gave us a lot of relief. Special thanks to the nurses **Shimti, Malo, Roopa Murmu, Kavita, and Banita**, who cared for my son day and night with great dedication. Their support was truly exceptional. I would happily give **five stars (or even ten!)** to Dr. Padmanjali, the staff, and Cloud9 Hospital. I highly recommend them for pediatric care."

"A bit late in sharing this review, but had to give a proper shout out to the staff at Cloundnine Jayanagar. Starting with Dr Poornima Murthy whose vast experience guided us all along, giving us the precise picture instead of ever sugarcoating it (nor did she alarm us unnecessarily). My wife had to be initially induced with labour but Dr. Murthy was incredibly prudent and wise in letting us know that a C-section was rhetorical best suited option, given the circumstances. The decision-making became so much easier because we could blindly trust her judgment, although the final call was left to us. Moving on to the staff, our CRE, Ms. Arpitha, was a friendly presence throughout the journey. Any queries regarding bed-booking, the right package to choose, or the crucial admission process, she was a call away from getting it solved. Same goes for the nursing staff that took exceptional care of my wife and our child, using such patience and warmth to deal with the tricky situations. So much so that once we got back home, my wife began to miss the hospital, because that’s how safe and comfortable she felt there. I wish I could name each of the staff (including the back end billing folk) but those working on the first floor of the facility, they deserve a loud cheer. All in all, I highly recommend the Jayanagar branch given that my sister, a few years ago, delivered right here, and she holds on to her good memories till date. Once, an accident, twice, a habit, they say, and Cloundnine Jayanagar seems to have the habit of making things great for all their patients."

"Doctors are good and facility is very nice here. We are consulting Dr Aruna Muralidharan here. 5 star for doc and facilities. 0 star for appointment management. I have been here for around 5 to 6 times not a single time waiting time is less than 1 hr. If waiting time is more than 1 hr whats the point in giving appointment. Hospital should respect patients time. Only coming here for doctor else i would hv avoided this hospital for sure. Really sad to see,u pay premium and waiting time is like in govt hospitals"
