"I had a terrible experience with Mr. Ramesh. He's very a good person and maybe a skilled teacher but he was not the right teacher for me. Maybe because it was 6 am slot and he didn't like that slot, he was never patient with me. On second day, he was teaching me half clutch, but I was so nervous, my leg kept on slipping due to sweat. He was very rude and impatient because the car stopped for more than a few.l times. Then i started wearing shoes and it helped a lot. He didn't recognize this and made me feel bad and it was worse as it was discouraging. He never instilled any confidence in me by encouraging me. He might even have made my fears & anxiety worse. I was always scared of what I might do wrong and what he would say/scold. Mistakes are common thing and he made me feel so bad for doing mistakes. He's definitely knowledgable and sophisticated than 90% of teachers out there. He might be great with 90% of the students. But as the reviews say, He's not the most patient guy and definetly doesn't cater to individual fears and skills. As they say, there are no bad students, only bad teachers. I feel like I have not gotten my money's worth with him. PS: the management over the phone is ABSOLUTELY WORST. Brezza and Nexon are booked for 20-30 days. It's fine that they have bookings, instead of being upfront, clear & concise with schedules - they waste time by being indecisive. That's how I ended with 6 am slot. If u going with Mr. Ramesh, pls be cautious booking that 6 am slot."

"Am giving review and rating after completing my classes, firstly I went to their school with 0 knowledge and the people who were there in the reception don't have clarity, how to deal with the customer from starting am having facing with those people firstly I asked them for particular timing where the slots were not available later after few days the slots will be available am always calling them atleast I don't have proper response even the same thing happened while I was taking my extra classes they told me particular time slot which is available later they given the trainer other time when I check with them and I have lost one class with their miscommunication , I felt these people should work more efficiently towards customer. Coming to my trainer Ramesh I just saw many reviews about him, he is more knowledge and very patient to teach and I will highly recommend him without him I may can't learn the driving he always supported me and make me comfortable to drive without fear. I will give him ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ without any doubt. Better the management should work more on receiptionst to give proper knowledge and clarification to the customer."
