My orthodontist Dr Priya has been extremely supportive throughout the 10 months of my treatment and explained me any changes that were made to my teeth. She attended to all my queries that I had about my treatment and made my treatment process smooth. The clinic is also very particular about regular appointments which is why I didn’t have to worry about my monthly consultation. "1) The very basic toilets are not there here. So women be prepared and we were asked to go to the near by hyper market. 2) All clinics , first reception will be there and then the actual treatment area. Here you need to cross the treatment area and then to the waiting area which is very narrow. 3) The doc who sees now may not be there tomorrow. One one dentist will treat at one one visit. So they are clueless Abt patient and mostly ask details from patient 😕. 4) Be prepared to have multiple visits even for simple treatments. More of trial and error treatments . Inspite of taking impressions, the fail to put properly and ask to visit again and again and again Final take : I do not recommended due to lack of very basic facilities. The moment we give a constructive feedback, they say fake review as given in their response below. And just for asking basic toilet facility for the patients waiting , they are saying it as spa kr luxury facilities.... Hats off to your thought process"
