"Thanks to Dr Divya. The hospital is well managed with quality staff. All the tests and checkups were well coordinated. I am very happy with the hospitality, caring staff. Doctors are also amazing. It would have been better if the hospital had inhouse X-ray and other radiology equipment's."

"Went to this hospital with lots of references from friends and colleagues so went there to get my 7 day old baby for phototherapy as his jaundice was in borderline....I paid the admission fees at 10.30 am and they informed that all beds are full and asked us to wait in the recovery room and later they mentioned they will start the phototherapy by moving the machines to the recovery room by 12 pm and then 12 pm became 2 pm and then upon asking multiple times they told we can move to the original room alloted in special ward as the room will be vacated and ready to occupy by 4 pm and finally we got the room by 5 pm and the treatment was started only then. We also found three tiny cockroaches in the 24 hrs stay in the room. Honestly I don't have any complaints or issues with the consulting doctors....they were very helpful and did an amazing job in what they do.Everything was fine until the next evenin when they had to collect blood samples from by child, the lab attendant had come along with a nursing student for her assistance....they poked my 7 day old baby twice in the same hand and they told us there's no blood coming even though the needle is in the vein as the baby is completely dehydrated....which cannot be the case as we just fed the baby before they come....they then asked to feed again for 10 min and again they tried but this time in the leg again not on the right place and the lab attendant is asking the nursing student to pump and she has no idea of wat to do...all this was done without the hospital nursing staff present all the 3 times...later when she removed the needle from the leg blood was oozing profusely and then both were trying to collect the blood....it was a complete mess....what was painful as a parent to watch was the entire 20 min episode where my newborn was constantly crying and these people had no idea of what they were doing and finally the lab attendant decides to call the hospital nursing staff as I told please leave the child as il take him else where better who knows how to do it....then came another hospital staff who was rather questioning and arguing with the lab attendant why he wasn't called upon earlier rather than attending my child who's crying constantly for over 20 mins in a row.....Then finally another nursing staff arrives and then they send us out and after 5 mins they open the door and said it's done...my only question here is why wasn't this attempt done in the very first place and why put my baby through so much pain and trauma.....I know it's just another patient for them that they deal with every other day....but for me as a parent and that too my first child he is my life and way too special for me .......looking at my baby suffer and go through something like that was really traumatic and painful....I'm being honest i really had tears in my eyes.....imagine pricking my 7 day old child in 4 different places for a blood sample.... horrible experience.....would never want to go through something like that ever again anywhere.....so finally concluding it's a good place with good doctors but just be a little cautious if there are blood samples involved until and unless the hospital reads this and wishes to change something.....I know it can be a one off scenario but unfortunately me and my little child is the one who is in suffering and underwent that traumatic experience....so i would definitely recommend this hospital for the kind of doctors but definitely not for the blood test."
