"We came here for delivery, and our overall experience was excellent. The hospital's NICU is top-notch, managed by Dr. Saravanan and his team, who follow strict processes and protocols ensuring the best care for newborns. Other departments were also well-organized, and the staff were humble, courteous, and accommodating to our requests. Special mention to the housekeeping staff and floor coordinators — they were humble, approachable, and proactive in addressing any issues or requests we raised. Their efforts made the stay smoother and more comfortable. The food provided to the mother was of great quality — possibly the best we've seen compared to other hospitals, though slightly on the expensive side. The food for attendants was decent as well. The cafeteria was clean, hygienic, and managed by courteous staff. Overall, it's a great hospital with excellent facilities, professional care, and supportive staff across departments. Areas for improvement: The parking area can be managed better, especially during rains as it becomes difficult to park and move around."
