"Highly Recommended, Wonderful Experience at Ovum Hospital, Banashankari. I recently had our baby delivered at Ovum Hospital, Banashankari branch, and I must say it was an excellent experience overall. Our doctor, Dr. Pavana Prakash, is nothing short of a blessing. She is incredibly humble, down-to-earth, and approachable, truly next to God for us. You won't realize how amazing a doctor can be until you meet her. From the beginning, everything was well explained and transparent. Mahalaxmi, the customer relationship executive, clearly outlined the entire delivery package and associated costs. Another staff member, Rakshahita, also shared useful and informative details that helped us make the right choices. We opted for a single sharing room, which felt luxurious and comfortable. If it fits within your budget, I highly recommend it for the added comfort during your stay. The nursing staff and medical assistants were exceptionally caring and supportive throughout. Special thanks to Rukmini, Nikita, Luna, Anuradha, and many others whose names I may not recall, but who were always there to assist my wife and newborn in every possible way. A special mention to the pediatric team for their excellent care. The reception team was also very responsive. I remember someone named Mallamma who was quite helpful during our visits. Beyond the smooth delivery, I want to highlight two more things that impressed me: Birth certificate process was handled very smoothly and efficiently. The newborn photoshoot by Akshay and Vibhav from the Klicpic team was a beautiful and memorable experience. If you're able to, their photography package is definitely worth it. A Few Minor Cons: The parking area could be improved. It's uneven, and during peak hours, parking can be tricky if you're not used to tight spaces. Post-delivery, we were charged consultation and suture removal fees during follow-up visit after a week, even after choosing a premium delivery package. I feel this could have been included or offered at a more nominal rate. Despite these small points, we are completely satisfied with our experience and would wholeheartedly recommend Ovum Hospital, Banashankari to others expecting a safe and supportive maternity journey."
