"I recently stayed at Aster women and children for my maternity care and overall my experience was quite positive. Here's my feedback: What went very well Medical Staff under Dr. Kavita Kovi and Pediatric department The care I received under Dr. Kavita Kovi was superb. She was professional, reassuring, explained things clearly and was always accessible which made me feel confident and safe. The newborn also got special care from doctors in pediatric department. Nursing Staff The nurses were attentive, compassionate and timely. They took care of everything — from monitoring to helping with small needs — often without needing me to ask. Housekeeping Immaculate. The rooms and shared areas were kept clean. The housekeeping staff were prompt and maintained hygiene very well; this added a lot to my comfort during the stay. Billing Section Very transparent and helpful. I found the billing process fair, well-explained, and without hidden charges. This transparency gave me peace of mind. Maternity Packages The packages offered are among the best in nearby areas. They are competitively priced given the quality of care, staff, and services provided."
